前言

首先登录的是 ChatGPT 的官网或官方 APP，官网地址 https://chat.openai.com 这是大前提。

网络节点：可以用新加坡、日本，推荐美国、加拿大、欧洲的。无法用香港、澳门、俄罗斯的节点。

我可以说，95%的问题都是因为网络节点慢或被 OpenAI 屏蔽了导致的。一般来说，你的梯子有多个地区，请大胆测试，直达稳定可用，稳定可用了就不要换。我很理解连不上的烦躁，但请耐心测试。

本文我重点来分享，哪些是常见的因为梯子/加速器/科学上网的服务商的问题，这些导致了你无法正常使用 ChatGPT。（文章最后有两个加速器服务商分享，但请自己比较，不是我的产品）

关于梯子

1）🪜加速器所选择的地区不对，推荐哪些地区，请看上面👆🏻。

2）🪜加速器不支持，因为不是所有的加速器都支持ChatGPT的线路。

3）如果在手机ChatGPT APP上使用，应该选择：全局模式。关于手机使用，多补充几句：

手机浏览器：自带的 Safari 或 Google Chrome 浏览器，打开官网使用 https://chat.openai.com
iOS：苹果手机，需要美区账号下载官方 APP，美区账号怎么注册，可以看这里>。买一个美区 ID 可以上淘宝。
- 怎么搜索美区 ID 呢，可以淘宝搜：北美 id，美 id。 —— 多试试，应该不难找到。
安卓：Android 安装包呢，可以在 Google Play 应用商店下载，或一些知名的第三方安卓应用商店下载。
- 安卓手机用户，请谷歌搜索：华谷套件。很牛逼，支持大部分机型，可帮助你搞定安卓 Google Play。

常见问题

1.我能正常用谷歌、Facebook，为什么不能用ChatGPT？

答：因为ChatGPT的节点要求比这些高。谁说你能 AA 就一定能 BB？

2. 我试了很多个节点，但都出现一样的问题，怎么办？

答：继续尝试，直到能用。网页开隐私模式、节点软件开全局模式、APP杀掉后台重来。没有这个尝试的耐心，根本用不好 ChatGPT。

3. 你能帮助我解决加速器/🪜/网络问题吗？

答：不能。梯子的服务商太多了，鱼龙混杂，网络方面多问问你身边的人。我只能告诉这些现象是因为网络原因造成的，而不是账号的原因（好用耐用的ChatGPT账号出售）。如果你不解决这点，那换其他账号还是一样的问题。

ChatGPT APP提示时区问题：Something went wrong. Please make sure your device’s date and time are set properly. Check that your internet connection is stable, then restart the appand try again.
登录页面提示：We have detected suspicious login behaviorand further attempts will be blocked. Pleasecontact the administrator。网络问题
使用 ChatGPT 遇到 Oops, an error occurred!
登录 ChatGPT 后提示：你提供的电子邮箱不受支持。The email you provided is not supported.
…… 不断更新中

3.1 ChatGPT 登录时提示 Unable to load site 怎么解决？

Please try again later. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off.Check the status page for information on outages。

原因是：当前用的科学上网的节点不行。换到其他地区的节点（上面已经说过）。

3.2 登录上去后，怎么响应慢？加载不出来？

还是🪜的网络节点问题，请更换节点，直到正常。

3.3 登录时，提示 Oops！We ran into an issue while authenticating you.

也是网络节点问题。请继续更换其他节点。直到正常！！

3.4 ChatGPT 出现 Something went wrong 怎么办？

首先排除是不是官方目前平台的故障。

如果不是，请继续切换梯子的节点。

3.5 登录时，提示拥堵 Oops! We ran into an issue while signing you in

Oops! We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take abreak and try again soon.

3.6 使用时，左侧的聊天记录加载不出来！！梯子网络问题。

Unable to load history 错误！典型的梯子网络问题。

3.7 登录时，自动跳回到登录网页，梯子问题

被自动带回了登录页面。

3.8 注册与登录时，点击登录按钮没有响应，也是梯子问题

没有响应是因为网络不通，界面就无法跳转。

3.9 对话时，提示错误：Something went wrong.

与ChatGPT对话返回的错误：Something went wrong. lf this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

同样是梯子问题。

3.10 打开ChatGPT APP提示：ChatGPT is not available in your region.

如图所示，ChatGPT is not available in your region. 即 ChatGPT 不支持你所在的国家。

3.11 ChatGPT 手机 APP 语音对讲时：Connection failed, tap to retry

3.12 提示：ChatGPT can make mistakes. Consider checking important information. —— 这个不是错误，只是ChatGPT的正常提示。

最近底部有这行字， ChatGPT can make mistakes. Consider checking important information.

附图如下，这个是正常现象，不是什么错误。

3.13 ChatGPT APP提示时间设置问题 date and time are set properly.

Something went wrong. Please make sure your device’s date and time are set properly. Check that your internet connection is stable, then restart the appand try again.

报错这个，其实也是梯子问题。

3.14 登录页面提示：We have detected suspicious login behaviorand further attempts will be blocked. Pleasecontact the administrator。
